[OWSLib-users] OWSLib 0.16.0 released

The OWSLib team announces the release of OWSLib 0.16.0.

OWSLib is a Python package for client programming with Open Geospatial
Consortium (OGC) web service (hence OWS) interface standards, and
their related content models.

Please note that 0.16.0 drops support for Python 2.6.
