The OWSLib team announces the release of OWSLib 0.22.0.

OWSLib is a Python package for client programming with Open Geospatial
Consortium (OGC) web service (hence OWS) interface standards, and
their related content models.

This release adds support for EO metadata via updates to 19115
support and the implementation of ISO 19115-2.
