[Pacific] GeoSpatial Tools for Utilities

Hi All,

Introducing CheSpatial QGIS Plugin - Geospatial Tools for Utilities.

Inviting colleagues working in GIS for Utilities to get involved by
sharing common problems they wish there was a solution/tool to rectify
them.

Currently working on several Tools for Power, Water and
Telecommunication such as the 5 listed but they will be more.

1. Predefined Standardized symbologies according to technical drawing
symbols and standards.
2. Automated Lines and Pipes Connectors.
3. Data Cleaner for finding records with no spatial objects
4. Technical and Non-Technical Loss Calculation/Simulation
5. Load Flow Study Calculation/Simulation

Original plan was to launch project during FOSS4G 2016 but time did
not permit so fingers-crossed to officially launch project sometime
next year 2017.

Currently being developed off-line and will migrate it on-line once
launched to https://github.com/fidelche/CheSpatial with screen-shots
here on http://chespatial.com/gallery.html.
