[Pacific] FOSS4G Pacific Islands

Hi Nomeneta,

I believe the momentum now is for the upcoming FOSS4G-Sotm-Oceania
event, which will be held in Melbourne Australia in November
(https://foss4g-oceania.org/).

But speaking openly here, I wonder if having a venue in the Pacific
Islands for next year's location of FOSS4G-Sotm-Oceania is possible.
This would need to be discussed with the current organizers of
FOSS4G-Sotm-Oceania of course. I bet they would be open to this idea!

That is one idea that I had.

But at the same time, I don't want to squash the initial momentum that
we were creating for the first FOSS4G-Pacific Islands.

Thoughts?
