And we're live.

I used http://hg-git.github.com/ to synchronize the hg repository with the github one. Since we don't have any branches, it was quite simple.

If you still have some stuff you want to push back into the hg repository, please do so today, and I'll pull it over to the github repo.  I will 301 the repository to the https://github.com/PDAL/PDAL at the end of the day today.
