[pdal] Oracle point cloud

Hi Howard,

I run the pdal pipeline with gdb, please see below.

I also tested with the write.xml and autzen-dd.las in the test folder 
and I get the same output.

BTW, I am running this in a Oracle 12.1.0.2 in RedHat 6.5

Any insight?
