Developers, I would like to freeze PDAL on Monday Nov 23 in preparation for a 1.1.0 PDAL release next week. I've gone through and tried to clean up some tickets and set milestones where appropriate. If you have anything you want to toss on the cart before it drives away, please do so soon. Howard
