[pdal] Problem with Geowave Plugin and latest version of GeoWave

I should also point out that if you're using the latest version of GeoWave, there has been some major refactoring recently.  The last version of GeoWave that I tested with PDAL was v0.8.5.  There are probably some updates that need to be made to the GeoWave drivers to bring everything up to speed with GeoWave 0.8.8.1.  If that's your issue, let me know and I'll get to work on that.  If GeoWave 0.8.5 doesn't work for you, let me know and I'll look into that as well.

Hey Jim,

I don't think we've ever met, but I worked on the PDAL GeoWave plugin during my time up at NCE.  I'm located in MD now, but I'd be happy to help you get up and running.  In addition to Howard's question, can you tell me exactly which version of GeoWave you're trying to run with?  Also, would I be correct in assuming that you're building this on CentOS?
