[pdal] [EXTERNAL] Unable to create hexer stage, PDAL_DRIVER_PATH

If you don't want to build hexbin, you can also give the tindex kernel the --fast_boundary switch, which will just give you simple bounding boxes instead of tight(er) fitting boundaries.
