[pdal] Bug in readers.gdal?

Hi,

I've fixed the issue with your file and now get the same value that you
were getting with gdalinfo.  I'm still looking for some small files (TIFF
would be fine) that I could use for testing.  I can create them, but if
someone already has, that would save some time.  Files with bands of
various sizes and datatypes would be ideal, so if you come across any,
please let me know.
