[pdal] PDAL Linux/Unix building

Hi:

Building the latest  under Linux(Fedora 22) with the current commit is throwing errors indicating "treating warnings as errors". It appears related to a changethat  was made to unix_compiler_options.cmake in commit 2a95f4d adding -Werror to the CXX_FLAGS.

Dropping the -Werror it builds as expected.
