[pgpointcloud] Semantic of x and y

Hello folks,

What is the semantic of X and Y in pointcloud?

Does pointcloud always regard X as easting and Y northing or does it depend on the SRID?

It would be nice to add a section on this issue in the documentation (if possible) 😊
