[pgpointcloud] LAZPerf enabled

The lastet version of pgpointcloud (1) for Window 7 and PostgreSQL 10 does not support LAZPerf.

The sql query "select pc_full_version();" yields;
POINTCLOUD="1.1.0 391e384" PGSQL="101" LIBXML2="2.7.8" LIBGHT enabled=false LAZ PERF enabled = false

Any plans to enable LAZPerf for pgpointcloud?
