Hi Ranjeet,

I'm not sure what you are think about here.

1. do you want to create a .NET application that can make a request to a 
postgresql database to do routing? then yes this is very easy and 
straight forward.

2. do you want to move the routing out of the database and into .NET? 
Then the short answer is no, the longer answer is sure if you want to 
recode everything in .NET and figure out how to replace all the database 
functions that are getting done in postgresql and postgis today. I think 
there are other routing libraries available already in .NET, but maybe 
not opensource ones.
