Thanks a lot for your offer!
Yes, everything is available on Github, so you could just fork the
repository and then submit a pull request with your changes.
There are several sources:
- If you want to change something on the website:
https://github.com/pgrouting/website
- If you want to change the documentation (http://docs.pgrouting.org/),
then the relevant source files are within the pgRouting repository:
https://github.com/pgRouting/pgrouting
