[pgrouting-dev] Upgrading to 2.2

Hi Dave,

There is never being a test target, (CMakelists needs to be improved)

how to test:
1) this is the v2.0.0 style testing

tools/testers/algorithm-tester.pl

2) I am gradually moving tests to use pgTap & pg_prove
Note: the CMakelists.txt does not check yet for that to exist


createdb  ___pgr___test___
sh ./tools/testers/pg_prove_tests.sh <usrname>
dropdb  ___pgr___test___
