[pgrouting-dev] [SoC] [pgRouting] GSoC'18 Week 10 Report : Implement Bellman-Ford and parallel-Dijkstra algorithm for pgrouting

Due to the unexpected difficulties, the scope of this project was changed.
With this change we expect that the studen will finish with success the
program.
