Hi Vicky,
I think this proposal is totally fine ... and we more or less do it like
this already anyway.
I have a suggestion to move the RFC pages from the Wiki to the repository.

Sorry, if it was me maybe, who suggested using the Wiki at first. Is there
a reason not to use a regular repository?
