[pgrouting-dev] Require 2FA for pgRouting Github members

To: all pgRouting contributors, that have not enabled 2FA on Github

I would like to require Two-Factor-Authentication (2FA) for pgRouting on
Githab, and I have described the reasons ant the problem in this issue:

If you have any objections with this plan, feel free to comment on the
issue.
