[pgrouting-dev] Ist there a chance to provide pgRouting extension 2.6.x or 3.1.x as rpm packages released for SLES12 SP5 and SLES15 SP2

Dear Devrim Gündüz,

many thanks for your statement about providing pgRouting extensions.
As we could see, also postGIS rpm's have been provided for postgreSQL11, 12 and 13 within SLES15, SLES 15 SP1 and SLES15 SP2 repositories, yesterday.

Currently we are running potgreSQL 10 and 11 together with postGIS 30 and pgRouting 2.6.3 (our own rpm build from your souce code files)
So it might make sense to think about a possible update to our environment, since postGIS 3.x ist also now available within SLES15.

From the point of view of a postgreSQL developer, does it make sense to run SLES15 SP2 instead of SLES12 SP5, now that postGiS and pgRouting is available
on the offivial download sites, to insure possible support from your team and to be save about possible implemention of new functions to our environment.

Many thanks
Kind regards
Heiko

SLES 12 is too old to compile newer versions of pgRouting. However I just pushed pgRouting 3.1.3 and 3.0.5 RPMs to the official PostgreSQL ZYPP repository at https://zypp.postgresql.org . To use the repo, please follow the instructions at :

Let me know if you have issues/questions.
