[pgrouting-dev] GSoC 2022 - (Week 3 Report) Implement Cuthill-Mckee Ordering Algorithm to pgRouting

Hello everyone,
This is my weekly report of the official coding period (June 27th - July
3rd).

*What have I done this week?*

   - Added the basic structuring of the *docqueries* files.
   - Fixing the compilation error.
   - Added the include file for the header.
   - Added *c_type* for the ordering.
   - PR of the changes files can be found here [1].

*What do I plan to do next week?*

   - Improving the *src *and *include* files for the Boost function.
   - Fixing any error and Github action errors.
   - Process the data with the Boost function.

*Am I blocked on anything?*

   - No, I don't have any issues.
