[pgrouting-dev] GSoC 2022 : Week 5 Report - Implementing Cuthill-Mckee Ordering

Hello everyone,
This is my week 5 report of the official coding period July 11th - July
17th.

*What have I done this week?*

   - Added documentation.
   - Added result for boost example query.
   - Did some necessary changes to some other files.

*What do I plan to do next week?*

   - Improve documentation and solve its errors.
   - Improve functionalities according to the proposal.

*Am I blocked on anything?*

   - I was stuck at PostgreSQL error and unable to run doc queries
   commands. I solved that error but it still have some warnings. I will try
   to solve it completely next week.

Any feedback, comments and suggestions are welcome.
