[pgrouting-users] (Update) Implement a Bi-directional Shortest Path Algorithm

  I just submit my new application about GSoC.
  I misunderstood with Bi-direction before, and now the application is the
latest version.

  It seems that Anton Patrushev just missed my new submission.
  Any suggestions from potential mentors are welcomed.
