[pgrouting-users] Postgres 8.4 + patched pgRouting 1.03 on windows?

Dear List,

I'm facing the same problem described here: 
http://download.osgeo.org/pgrouting/forum/pgrouting.postlbs.org/discussion/message/1599.html.
In a nutshell: I'd like to use shortest_path_shooting_star with turning 
restrictions and reverse_cost as well.
I've checked with the following versions:
- PostgreSQL 9.0 and pgRouting nightly: no success
- PostgreSQL 8.4 and pgRouting 1.05: no success
Although it seems 1.05 and nightly builds are already containing this 
patch: http://www.davidgis.fr/download/patch-postgresql-8.4.pgrouting, I 
was only able to achieve success with PostgreSQL 8.4 and pgRouting 1.03, 
compiled with the patch above.
All the aforementioned tests were performed on a linux box.

Is there any package for windows that already contains this patch? In 
this case I have to use windows.
