[pgrouting-users] osm2pgrouting error

I am using osm2pgrouting to import an osm file to a database.
In the first time it worked fine but when I try to append some data to the
database I get the following error:

create Ways failed: ERROR:  more than one row returned by a subquery used as
an expression

How could I fix it?

I am following this (http://www.pgrouting.org/docs/tools/osm2pgrouting.html)
tutorial.
