[pgrouting-users] Motion for Project Steering Commitee and call for participation

I think this would be a great idea.

I would be happy to participate on the PSC, I have been on the PSC for 
Mapserver for about 5? yrs and it follows a process very similar to the 
the Grass PSC process.
