I would be surprised if you find a webhosting with such a specific software
stack.
Especially with pgRouting you might need some more powerful server. But that
depends on your amount of data of course. I guess that this doesn't really
match with a typical webhosting case.

You could rent some virtual server though, for example with Ubuntu. Then you
can install all software through "apt" package manager.
If you need support with setup and configuration, Georepublic can also offer
you to host a virtual server, if that helps you.
