[pgrouting-users] Install on Ubuntu from Launchpad

Hi Steve,

If you're not using a very ancient version of Ubuntu, it's as easy as this:

sudo add-apt-repository ppa:georepublic/pgrouting
sudo apt-get update
sudo apt-get install postgresql-9.1-pgrouting \
                     postgresql-9.1-pgrouting-dd \
                     postgresql-9.1-pgrouting-tsp

(for Ubuntu 12.04 PostgreSQL is version 9.1, so the package name might be
different for elder versions)
