[pgrouting-users] APSP Johnson integrated into the sew-devel-2_0 branch

Hi all,

I just checked in changes to incorporate APSP Johnson into my release 
tree. It still needs documentation added And we might want a more 
extensive test case(s) added.

The code I merged was the basic algorithm and from the 
origin/apsp-johnson branch.
