[pgrouting-users] osrm-tools has been updated

Hi all,

For any of you that might be using my osrm-tools package at 
https://github.com/woodbri/osrm-tools

I have pushed a bunch of changes over the last few days fixing issues 
that users have reported in pgr2osrm and added some new functions to the 
postgresql package.

I strongly recommend that you upgrade to the current master branch and 
extract your data again.
