[pgrouting-users] Flow networks

Hi Dave,

There was some time ago "almost" funding available for a max. flow
algorithm, but it didn't happen in the end.
There is a Wiki page still available:
https://github.com/pgRouting/pgrouting/wiki/Max-Flow

Would be definitely an interesting contribution.
