[pgrouting-users] PgRoutingLayer pre-release - v3.0.0-rc

Hello all,

The pgRouting team has just finished migration of PgRoutingLayer to QGIS3.
Before launching version 3 of QGIS plugin, we release today a pre-release
version (v3.0.0-rc):

I would like to thank to all PgRouting team for this release, but specially
