[pgrouting-users] Windy postman problem

Hello Dave,
So long without hearing from you, hope you are ok.
No question is silly.
No. we haven't considered that problem, not even without the "windy" part.
Right now Chinese Postman problem is experimental. That being said, to move
to a possible Chinese postman problem with capacitated vehicles will take a
long time. Adding the windy will take much longer.
