Thanks for sending the version information.
It seems you are using a beta version of PostGIS 3.2, which I'm not sure we
are testing this version with pgRouting already.
But it shouldn't be the problem.

I guess there is something wrong in your custom database setup.
It would be good to try to test step by step to see where it stops working.

There is a pgRouting workshop, but it's not written for Windows.
You can use it on your Windows installation, but I would suggest to try the
sample data from the pgRouting documentation.

   1. Create a new database
   2. Install extensions PostGIS and pgRouting
   3. Load the sample network

   4. Test the pg_dijkstra function example from the documentation for
   example https://docs.pgrouting.org/latest/en/pgr_dijkstra.html

If you get to that point, then the problem occurs with your data (loading)
and is not related to pgRouting.
