[pgrouting-users] Support pgRouting through FundOSS

pgRouting participates in a fund raising experiment named FundOSS:
https://fundoss.org/collective/pgrouting

Its idea is to fund OSS projects through so called "democratic funding" (
https://fundoss.org/democratic-funding) and in particular a small donation
matter as they can be amplified by an existing fund provided through
Gitcoin Grants.

So this is a chance to support the pgRouting project even through a small
amount, because more importantly you give a vote for the project to receive
a share of the grant.
