[osgeo-ph] Are skype meetings OK?

Hi,

During the meeting, we had a skype voice meeting with Venka of
OSGeo-JP and Nicolas of OSGeo-France.  I personally find it useful to
invite international OSGeo members to be part of our meetings.
Do you think this is an effective approach?
