[osgeo-ph] DSWD public access to geodata

I just found out about this today.

http://m.dswd.gov.ph/

DSWD have a map website.  Data (KML) are available for download under
Creative Commons Attribution-NonCommercial-ShareAlike 3.0 Unported
License.

Not yet compatible with OSM's license (the NC clause), but still it is
good to know that certain government agencies are liberating some the
geodata.
