[osgeo-ph] Fwd: [HOT] Global Roads Open Data Set in beta

A publicly available road dataset for the world.  PH coverage is very
limited but it might be useful to scope where our coverage is limited
and focus some mapping around these areas specially for trunks and
primaries.
