[osgeo-ph] Testing Luzon (Mindanao) CRS

Dear everyone,

I'm testing the accuracy of re-projecting PH data to Luzon (Mindanao)
CRS  the parameters is documented here [0].  This transformation is
not available in the list of codes in QGIS and other FOSS4G apps but
can be easily added using the proj.4 string format.

I'm curious how pervasive is the use of this CRS in the country.
How popular is it in your own experience?
Can anyone share a small dataset that use this transformation for me
to test the resulting data using proj.4 string format?
