OpenStreetMap-Philippines will celebrate Open Data Day on Feb 23, 2013 at the
Environmental Science for Social Change, ADMU Campus Katipunan Road,
Quezon City.

This event will be a full day of mapping, skill-sharing and hacking
open geographic data.
