[osgeo-ph] OSGeo Open Invite from Project NOAH

Dear everyone,

We are currently in a 4-day workshop with Project NOAH working on ways
to use FOSS4G in their project.  There is an open invitation to the
OSGeo-Philippine community to join the Happy Hour on Friday (3-5 PM).
If anyone wants to join, let me know.
