[Pointdown] Connection from desktop client to the pointcloudviz server

Hi,

We made some improvements to our server and the new release of
PointCloudViz Free Edition 2.0 (http://www.pointcloudviz.com) is able to
connect to the server and display remote databases.

The server provides pregenerated OSGJS gzipped files for web and the binary
format for the desktop application, and it has some API as I mentioned on
my previous e-mail to discover the databases and retrieve the capabilities.

I hope you find it interesting, we are really interested in standardize an
API for a pointcloud streaming server.
