[Portugal] ANN: zigGIS 2.0 Released

Para quem tem seguido o progresso deste projecto, foi lançada finalmente a versão 2.0, que permite a utilização de dados PostGIS em ArcGIS (ArcView, et al.), incluindo edição através de checkout-checkin.
É também interessante a decisão de cobrar 279$ por licença... embora um preço perfeitamente acessível (pelo menos ao nível dos EUA), não estamos habituados a ver preços em software open source.
