[Portugal] erro de mapserver

Olá boa tarde
ao instalar o mapserver, servidor appache, ao executar a aplicação em apps
surge o seguinte erro:

Warning: [MapServer Error]: msLoadSymbolSet(): First token must be
SYMBOLSET, this doesn't look like a symbol file. in
C:\ms4w\apps\WebGis_PHP\htdocs\codigo.php on line 10 Warning: Failed to open
map file ../data/tutorial.map in C:\ms4w\apps\WebGis_PHP\htdocs\codigo.php
on line 10 Fatal error: Call to a member function selectOutputFormat() on a
non-object in C:\ms4w\apps\WebGis_PHP\htdocs\codigo.php on line 16
