[Portugal] Upgrade QGis no Ubuntu

Experimenta a instalar um dos seguintes packages

fcgi-devel.i686 : Development files for fcgi
fcgi-devel.x86_64 : Development files for fcgi

(eu procurei dentro do YUM ja que estou no fedora)

Despois quando correres o ccmake tens de ver se o path para o ficheiro
fcgi.h

Eh o correcto, mas acho ke ele deve conseguir encontrar as libraries e
includes do Fcgi automaticamente.

Mas sinceramente nao percebo porque motivo o QGIS precisa de suporte
para CGI ?! Talvez devido a algum plugin que corre mapserver ?!
