Uma sugestao, alguem ja deu uma vista de olhos ao gvSIG para ver as
traducoes feitas do ingles para o espanhol, muitas vezes os termos em
espanhol sao semelhates ao pt_PT

Em espanhol, raster nao tem traducao e layer e' "capa" que em portugues
e' "camada"

Acho que alguns termos devem manter a raiz inglesa, adaptados ao Portugues.
