[Portugal] Calcular coordenadas em diferentes sistemas

Olá bom dia,

Existe alguma ferramenta no QGIS / gvSIG ou outro OS que permita calcular directamente as coordenadas de pontos (num shape) em diferentes sistemas de referência (DtLx, Dt73, ETRS89, WGS84)?
