[Portugal] Filho pródigo do Open Source

Temos aqui boas noticias sobre o ZIG GIS que é um componente que faz  
muita falta. Só acho que obtusesoft devia tambem abrir a codificação à  
comunidade assim o software iria atingir uma maturidade muito mais  
rapidamente.
