[Portugal] Exportar shapefile para dgn

Estamos a discutir este assunto neste momento no canal irc #qgis.

A resposta parece estar na pagina do formato dgn no site da biblioteca
OGR

2D DGN files may be written with OGR with significant limitations:

      * Output features have the usual fixed DGN attributes. Attempts to
        create any other fields will fail.

me parece que não se possam arbitrariamente apagar todas as colunas de
um vector (shape, postgis, etc.) imagino que seja obrigatório que as
colunas se chamem de uma forma especifica, nomes provavelmente definidos
nas especificações do formato dgn, imagino eu.

De qualquer forma parece-me tb que possa haver problemas na biblioteca
ogr: abri um dgn em QGIS, que guardei como shapefile e tentei de guardar
outra vez como dgn... e deu o mesmo erro. A mesma coisa acontece ao
correr o programa ogr2ogr manualmente...

Será melhor perguntar na mailing list gdal/ogr.
