U*nfortunately, I don't know anyone involved. These datasets are publicly
available since the beginning of 2010 and *If you are interested knowing
more info about this data and it's purpose you should contact directly the
non-profit Francisco Manuel dos Santos Foundation <http://www.ffms.pt/> at
ffms at ffms.pt

Another source of publicly available data is the Portugal's National
Statistics Institute<http://www.ine.pt/xportal/xmain?xpgid=ine_main&xpid=INE>
